ABOUT MILQA
A property is about much more than square metres.
MILQA was born from the combination of two worlds.
For many years, I worked in finance and management — analysing budgets and risk, negotiating and leading complex processes where a good decision rarely depended on a single piece of information.
At the same time, property has always been deeply personal to me. Buying, creating and investing in properties — and eventually building my own home — showed me how many decisions need to come together to create a place that works well, reflects the owner’s needs and preserves its value.
That is where the idea of MILQA began — a partner looking at the property from the owner’s perspective.
Not to sell a particular listing, focus only on the interior or take responsibility for just one part of the process.
But to help the owner see the whole picture, ask the right questions and make well-informed decisions.
Because a good property is rarely the result of one brilliant decision.
